O candidato ideal deve ter experiência sólida em gestão de processos de RH, conhecimento profundo da legislação trabalhista brasileira e habilidades interpessoais excepcionais.

  • 2+ anos de experiência como Parceiro de Negócios de Pessoas.

We're seeking a People professional who can operate as a hybrid between a People Business Partner and a People Operations Specialist. This role requires someone who is not only detail-oriented and skilled in day-to-day HR operations but also capable of providing strategic support to the GM Brazil and the teams within the office. You’ll be expected to navigate both the administrative and advisory aspects of the People function—ensuring smooth processes while also driving initiatives that support team performance, engagement, and growth. The role is hybrid and will require 3 days a week in the office.

People Operations Specialist

  • Manage and continuously improve HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, leaves, compliance, etc.).
  • Being part of the full employment lifecycle for our Veriffians and supporting them from onboarding through offboarding.
  • Preparing, reviewing and updating employment contracts, amendments and terminations.
  • Being the first point of contact for all documentation and time-off questions.
  • Conduct background and identity checks based on our internal policies.
  • Ensure accurate HR data entry and maintenance in internal systems (HRIS), supporting audits and reporting needs.
  • Coordinate and manage benefits administration, including vendor relationships and employee inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws (e.g., Brazil-specific regulations).
  • Have a strong understanding and working knowledge of people related policies/benefits , and act as the first point of contact to address any queries related to the same.
People Business Partner Support
  • Partner with managers to understand team needs and provide guidance on organizational development, employee relations, and performance.
  • Build relationships with local managers and employees, be a trusted resource for their needs and escalate issues as necessary to the Head of People Business Partnering for quick resolutions.
  • Assist with the preparation of analytical data/presentations as needed to share insights with senior management.
  • Advise on and support employee engagement initiatives, DEI efforts, and culture-building programs.
  • Collaborate on talent reviews, workforce planning, and career development planning.
  • Help design and facilitate training sessions or workshops as needed.
  • Provide data-driven insights to help managers make informed People decisions.

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have/are:

  • 3+ years in HR administration and solid knowledge of Brazilian labor law
  • 2+ years of People Business Partnering experience
  • Deep understanding of Brazilian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust across levels.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using HR data to drive decisions.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment (e.g., tech, startups) is a plus.
  • Strong admin skills and familiarity with tools like Confluence, Google Drive, and Google Sheets
  • A passion for streamlining data entry, system implementations, and finding ways to make our teams more productive and collaborative
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus
  • Clear and effective communicator
  • Comfortable working independently and with global teams across time zones
  • Commitment to data accuracy, confidentiality, and best practices in People systems

Location:

São Paulo, Brazil (hybrid - has to be commutable to the office min 3 times per week)
