Qualificações

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts for the Brazil market, utilizing Salesforce, historical data, market trends, and industry insights.
  • Analyze sales performance against forecasts, identify key drivers of variance, and communicate findings to leadership.
  • Partner with sales teams to understand their pipeline, opportunities, and challenges to refine forecast accuracy.

Data Management & Analysis

  • Proficiently use advanced Excel features (including Macros and VB programming) to consolidate, analyze, and manipulate large datasets.
  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Leverage Tableau (or similar data visualization tools) to create insightful data visualizations and present findings to leadership.

Strategic Insights & Recommendations

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans for the Brazil market.

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including Macros and VB programming), with demonstrated experience in building complex financial models
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to interpret data and draw insightful conclusions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present data-driven insights to stakeholders
  • Desirable: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
