Eurasia Group is seeking a high-performing sales operations associate in Sao Paulo.
This entry-level sales operations support role includes a wide range of responsibilities, with an emphasis on proactive collaboration, strong communication and organizational skills to complete tasks for a wide range of activities supporting our sales activities. In return, the hire will be a part of a dynamic sales operations team, working closely with business development staff, at the world’s market-leading political risk advisory firm in an increasingly critical marketspace.
The sales operations associate will spend a majority of their time supporting our operations and business development teams, reporting to the associate director for strategic operations, with a heavy focus on refining and enacting our sales processes, including the management of contract creation and opportunity structuring. This includes training our business development teams in our systems, tools, and processes (Salesforce, contract management, and project management software) and developing and monitoring regular reporting on the team’s adherence to these processes.
We are looking for someone with appropriate project management experience and a positive can-do attitude. Given the varying nature of our business development needs and operations change management at the firm, you will need to be a quick learner, a versatile problem solver, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
