Role Description

Admissions Counselors, or Strategy Consultants, are dedicated to making a difference in students’ lives by personalizing academic, extracurricular, and personal development plans. You will partner closely with students and lead Crimson teams to develop long-term strategies for their university applications.

Position Details

This full-time role can be remote or based in our offices worldwide, managing a caseload of 40-50 students. Experience with APAC regions is preferred.

Required Skills and Experience

• Graduated from a top 30 U.S. university

• Understanding of VIP/high-profile student needs
• 3+ years in education, coaching, tutoring, or admission consulting; at least 2 years in admissions or essay consulting
• Deep industry knowledge of US university admissions
• Consistent top 30 admission results
• Availability for APAC and USCA regions, with flexibility for weekend hours
• Planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
