We are expanding our Revenue Operations team in Europe to support our LATAM team, and are looking for a RevOps Associate with a strong focus on tools, systems, and infrastructure—especially HubSpot—to support our regional and global go-to-market (GTM) teams. You’ll serve as a key partner in enabling scalable operations across LATAM while working as part of a globally distributed RevOps team.
As our presence grows in LATAM, we need someone who understands both local market dynamics and global SaaS best practices. You’ll help ensure our regional teams in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success have the right tools, processes, and data to operate efficiently—while staying connected with global RevOps initiatives.
You will be expected to deliver results consistently and on time, even when juggling multiple priorities. If you’re a proactive, growth-minded individual who asks "why" before getting things done, and you’re comfortable with high-growth SaaS's mental and physical demands, we’d love to hear from you.
Please note: This is not a typical 9–5 role.
We work across global time zones, so flexibility is essential. You’ll be expected to deliver results, which may require occasional overtime or working outside regular hours. If you’re outcome-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
