Qualificações

  • Experiência em vendas B2C na região Sul com Eletrodomésticos é essencial.

Responsabilidades

  • Gerenciar o processo de relacionamento com o cliente: da prospecção ao serviço pós-venda.
  • Negociar e fechar acordos trimestrais.
  • Contribuir para o lançamento de novos produtos e monitorar indicadores de vendas.

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a professional with experience in working with data and transforming it into information.
  • We are seeking a candidate for our B2C Sales Manager position, focusing on large-scale deals.
  • This professional must reside in the Florianopolis - SC region and will manage the portfolio of our largest "HA – Home Appliance (Linha Branca)" customers.
  • The role reports to the Head of the region, involves regional collaboration, and requires planned trips to our headquarters in São Paulo.
  • The candidate will interact with the management team and handle large volumes of data for planning and business analysis.
  • We expect a dynamic, tech-enthusiastic professional who can adapt quickly and overcome challenges in complex business scenarios.
  • The profile should be hands-on, with a sense of urgency and strong interpersonal skills.

Areas of Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire customer relationship process: from prospecting to after-sales service.
  • Prospect new customers in potential markets.
  • Negotiate and close quarterly agreements.
  • Plan and execute the sales strategy established by the company.
  • Monitor sales indicators, meet objectives and targets.
  • Contribute to the launch of new products (Sell Out/Training/Distribution/Flooring).
  • Act as a business owner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
  • B2C Sales experience in the South region with Home Appliances.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge in Reports and Management Analysis.
