Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in São Paulo, Brasil. This is a critical role within our LATAM operations, where you will be responsible for driving enterprise-level sales and expanding our market presence. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with key clients across the region and globe, focusing on large enterprises. Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within Brazil
  2. Create business plans within the company framework
  3. Identify prospects and define contact programs
  4. Grow, nurture, and leverage professional network to create opportunities
  5. Lead the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction
  6. Actively seek opportunities to increase revenue growth and achieve targets set in the sales quota plan
  7. Respond to all inbound leads within 24 hours
  8. Maintain and update HireRight’s sales database (Salesforce) daily
  9. Manage and lead responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information)
  10. Ensure appropriate pricing for opportunities to maintain business profit margins
  11. Work with Customer Onboarding to ensure seamless implementation of new business contracts
  12. Attend meetings, seminars, and conferences to promote HireRight and generate new business
  13. Following training, become self-sufficient in demonstrating services/products
  14. Contribute to sales meetings and sales pipeline review meetings, ensuring agreed actions are completed on time
  15. Collaborate with the global marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
Qualifications
  1. A minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise-level sales, with a focus on large organizations (15,000+ employees)
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in the LATAM market, emphasis on Brasil
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and abilities
  4. Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools
  5. Knowledge of employment screening market and familiarity with legislation relating to employment screening, data protection and security would be desirable. Alternatively, a background in Human Resources or the Recruitment sector is beneficial
  6. Ability to lead complex sales processes, including RFPs and RFIs
  7. Comfortable and confident with C-level stakeholders
  8. Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus
