As a Sales Executive III, you will be part of a team of self-motivated, high-achieving sales professionals helping business owners of all sizes grow. You’ll drive innovative fintech solutions, advancing how the world pays, banks, and invests.
What you will do:
- Prospect and target new customers in Brazil across financial services, payments, banking, and retail industries;
- Build relationships and educate business owners about FIS products and services by working with branch managers and staff of assigned banks or partners;
- Identify new prospects and revenue opportunities, cultivating relationships from scratch and managing a target client portfolio;
- Retain and manage existing customers, focusing on customer success and satisfaction;
- Deliver value and negotiate effectively;
- Leverage referred and self-cultivated leads to nurture your pipeline;
- Connect with prospects to enhance their experience, cash flow, and bottom line;
- Collaborate with sales teams to grow the existing customer base;
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate, structure, and close deals that meet customer and company expectations;
- Track sales activity and maintain accurate records using CRM software, ensuring pipeline accuracy and forecasting;
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors;
- Work closely with internal teams including product, marketing, and operations to execute campaigns seamlessly;
- Work with interdisciplinary teams within FIS and demonstrate leadership to achieve results.
What you will need:
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both verbal and written;
- 8+ years of sales experience, including needs discovery, solution recommendation, business problem solving, and customer retention (experience in both hunter and farmer roles);
- Knowledge of Brazil’s payments, banking ecosystems, and financial solutions;
- Proven success in solution selling within financial services, payments, banking, or related industries such as financial software or technology;
- A consultative approach with success in engaging C-suite and key decision-makers;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills (concise and direct);
- Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment;
- Disciplined and collaborative work ethic.
Added bonus if you have:
- Experience with CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics;
- Residence in São Paulo City for easier access to meetings with clients and FIS team members.
