MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic planning and tactical execution for brand/portfolio
- Tactical plan development, implementation of marketing initiatives (omnichannel approach for different targets such as HCPs, nurses, and lay public) and programs, with ongoing evaluation of brand initiatives
- Provide country input into overall Global Initiatives (GLOCAL) and collaborate cross-functionally with local, regional, and global colleagues
- Tailor regional/global brand strategies to local market needs and define local priorities for business
- Define tactical implementation plan to prepare for execution and tailor as appropriate for different market segments, leveraging best practices
- Maximize impact of marketing activities through optimal channel mix (digital and offline channels)
- Drive innovation in a highly dynamic and competitive market
- Identify new go-to-market models to improve quick-win opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement solutions focused on simplifying the patient journey and improving patient outcomes, with positive impact and ROI
- Utilize data to inform decisions, drive business, and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain tracking of Key Performance Indicators related to the Brand
- Foster relationships with key influencers, opinion leaders, and target customer groups
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as KOLs, medical societies, and policymakers
- Responsible for planning and managing budgets (revenue/DME)
- Oversee country sales and forecasting, including performance monitoring vs KPIs
- Support customer-facing teams with training, monthly field guidance, KPI monitoring, and insights

REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: University degree required (business administration, marketing, or scientific degree preferred); MBA in marketing/business or related area preferred
- Languages: Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English (Advanced/Fluent)
- Experience: 5 to 10 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry or Health Market; strong personal integrity and customer focus; data-driven; experience with Digital Initiatives and team leadership; process and project management skills; ability to lead in agile, fast-paced environments; excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills; adaptable and organized; deep knowledge of Marketing 4.0 and digital skills; proficiency with IT tools and data interpretation
