A leading company in the translation and localization industry is seeking an entry-level position in Sales and Business Development. The role involves customer retention, account management, and utilizing CRM systems to enhance client relationships. This fully remote position offers 22 days off per year and a supportive environment for growth.

Qualificações
At least 1 year of experience interacting with clients.
Native or near-native English command required.

Descrição da oferta de emprego
Responsibilities
Work on customer retention through research and active follow-up, aiming to develop accounts with recurrent valued customers.
Create contact plans to help spread the word within existing accounts.
Follow up on new contacts to keep us top of mind until closing the first deal.
Follow up on new contacts after their first purchase until they complete four purchases or until a semester ends from the first contact.
Follow up on leads generated from contacts who changed companies or referrals from contacts working at different companies.
Explain our business model to clients and promote cross-selling of language services.
Document the needs and expectations of new active contacts for a seamless transition to the Account Manager.
Act as Account Manager for the first four sales or six months.
Demonstrate a positive learning attitude and motivation to succeed.
Possess native or near-native English command and exceptional communication skills.
Have at least 1 year of experience interacting with clients.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho).
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
