EF Corporate Learning is looking for an SDR to drive new business in a fast-paced, multinational environment. You will open doors at major multinationals, gather market insights, and coordinate with Account Managers to craft tailored sales plans.

This role emphasizes persistence, strategic thinking, and a client-focused approach. The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in B2B development, strong communication, and fluency in English with Portuguese and Spanish.

Qualificações

• 0–2 years in B2B business development experience.
• Strong relational and influencing skills with presence.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Fluent English; Portuguese and Spanish proficiency.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Experience in education and HR-related work is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect new clients and gather valuable market intelligence.
• Make outbound calls to senior executives to meet sales and meeting goals.
• Partner with Account Managers to create customized plans for sales territories, supporting the sales cycle and driving urgency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and colleagues around the world to drive the sales process.
• Track all activities in Salesforce and ensure contact information is up to date.
• Invite clients to webinars and events.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and gather valuable market intelligence

The skills & experience we look for

• 0-2 years in B2B business development experience
• Strong relational skills, influencing skills and presence
• Exceptional communication skills
• Professional knowledge of English & fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
• Any additional language skills are a plus
• Experience working in education and/or with HR stakeholders is a plus
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
