This is a full-time position based in California.

The ideal candidate will build rapport easily, be customer-obsessed, and have a growth mindset.

The purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for incoming leads and potential clients, ensuring a smooth customer experience across various Crimson programs by:

  • Managing, contacting, and qualifying inbound warm/hot leads for Crimson Turkey.
  • Providing resources to inform leads about opportunities with Crimson.
  • Working as part of a high-performing team to deliver the best experience to potential Crimson students.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Making calls and responding to inquiries from leads to qualify them for sales processes, ensuring data is accurately entered and managed within Salesforce CRM.
  • Updating lead records and tracking their progress through the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Tracking Crimson events and planning outreach to event leads.
  • Scheduling meetings for leads with Crimson’s Academic Advisors and Country Manager.
  • Planning and running local events to increase brand awareness.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive customer interactions and relationships.
  • Continuously improving sales techniques and industry knowledge.
  • Engaging in outreach activities such as school talks, career expos, and seminars as needed.
  • Attending industry events when required.
  • Preparing and presenting fortnightly sales reports for management.

Required skills and experience:

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in Customer Service or Customer Success roles.
  • Experience in university admissions (US & UK preferred) is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Professionalism, time and stress management, confidence, patience, empathy, and willingness to learn.
  • Experience in education or professional services sectors and familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
