We currently have an opening for a full-time Sales Coordinator. Our Coordinators are the voice of the company, the hub of the organization, and play a key role in coordinating our moving services.

Essential Duties:

This role involves:

• Scheduling & Project Management (70%) - Handling high volumes of client inquiries, providing estimates, consulting on moving solutions, and managing projects from scheduling to follow-up.
• Client Satisfaction (10%) - Post-move follow-up, resolving issues, gathering testimonials, and processing claims to ensure satisfaction.
• Inter-Departmental Support (10%) - Supporting operations and administrative teams as needed.
• Department Strategic Planning (10%) - Contributing to strategic meetings and departmental improvements.

Must hold a valid U.S. visa. Marketing or social media experience is a plus.

This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.

The work environment:

This is a remote, work-from-home role.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, minimum of C1 English proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and investigative skills
• Experience in client-facing roles, preferably over the phone
• Desire to contribute ideas and grow within the company
• Interest in company culture and employee engagement

Compensation:

Base salary of $1200 USD/month plus up to $1000 in commissions. Last month, agents averaged $720 in commissions during the slow season.
