Job summary

SAP Labs LA in São Leopoldo, Brazil, invites undergraduate students to join a two-year Rotation Program (STAR). You will rotate through Software Development, AI, Technical Support, and more, in a hybrid setup, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to innovative projects within SAP Next Gen.

The program targets curious, ambitious students with strong English, offering substantial learning opportunities and a path toward potential full-time roles upon completion.

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of four main stages:

• Online Assessments
  Assessment 1: mandatory for all candidates and sent by email immediately after application.
  Assessment 2: required for candidates applying for technical positions who are pre-selected to move forward in the process.
• HR / Talent Discovery Interview
  A conversation with the recruiter to assess the candidate’s motivation, IA adoption mindset, effective communication skills, interest in the opportunity, overall profile, and alignment with SAP.
• Onsite Assessment | November
  Candidates selected after the HR interview will participate in an onsite assessment designed to evaluate key competencies such as collaboration, communication, learning agility, teamwork, and problem-solving.
• Hiring Manager Interview | December
  In the final stage, selected candidates will have an interview with the Hiring Manager, who will assess their fit for the position and the team.
