About the Role

You will work closely with our SDR (Sales Development Representative) team and leadership to build and optimize the systems that drive our revenue. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Creating and enhancing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for outreach, tracking, and reporting.
2. Auditing current sales and operations workflows to identify inefficiencies.
3. Automating manual processes using tools like Google Sheets, Zapier, or CRM automations.
4. Designing dashboards and performance trackers to improve visibility and decision-making.
5. Collaborating with SDRs and leadership to ensure tools are user-friendly and support performance goals.
6. Documenting all systems clearly for scalability across the team.

Required Skills

1. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
2. Ability to create SOPs and scalable operational systems.
3. A systems thinker who can bring clarity to complex processes.
4. Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach.
5. Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes.
6. Salary range: BRL 12,150 – BRL 20,250 per month (depending on experience).
7. Work hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Brazil time (UTC -3).
8. Remote work: Fully remote, work from home.
9. Team activities: Weekly online games night.
10. Company retreats: Annual trips (Cape Town last year!).
