BairesDev is seeking a Revenue Data Analyst to act as the main data partner for the Client Engagement team, ensuring the data and insights needed to optimize performance and growth.

You will develop dashboards and forecasts, perform ad-hoc analyses, and ensure data integrity across ERP and Sales Portal in a fully remote setting.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of GTM analytics, sales operations, or revenue operations for B2B SaaS or top-tier consulting.
• 1–2 years of experience in tech companies.
• Degree from a top-tier Latin American university, graduated in the top 5%.
• Extremely strong spreadsheet skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with Databricks and Tableau.
• Experience with data visualization and storytelling with data.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on GTM metrics (pipeline, cycle length, conversion).
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decisions and actions.
• Collaborate with Client Engagement Management to forecast accurately.
• Ensure data integrity of GTM data across ERP and Sales Portal.
• Identify and implement improvements to analytics processes and tools.

Revenue Data Analyst at BairesDev

We are looking for a Revenue Data Analyst to act as the main point of contact for all revenue analysis, ensuring that the Client Engagement team has the necessary data and insights to optimize performance and drive growth.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on key GTM metrics such as pipeline generation, sales cycle length, and conversion rates.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decisions and tactical actions.
- Work closely with the Client Engagement Management team to develop accurate and data-driven sales forecasts.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of GTM data across various systems including ERP and Sales Portal.
- Identify and implement improvements to analytical processes and tools to increase efficiency.

What we are looking for:

- 3-5 years of experience in GTM analytics, sales operations, or revenue operations for a B2B SaaS company, or top-tier consulting company.

Nice to have:

- Experience with sales analytics.
