Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
• Experience with contract drafting and legal research tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with legal software and CRM/document management systems.

Responsibilities
