Seller Marketing LATAM Team - Registration Hub Associate

The Seller Marketing LATAM team is building a new team to accelerate new seller acquisition through the New Seller Hub. You will be part of a team of Lead Engagement, Registration, and Verification specialists focused on Brazil. This team will convert leads into Amazon sellers by supporting them through Registration, Verification, and Listing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide prompt, efficient, and high-quality service to Amazon Leads and Sellers via email, phone, and chat.
2. Own every Seller interaction to achieve successful first-time resolution.
3. Work independently using departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
4. Maintain high performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
5. Specialize in Registration, Verification, and Listing requirements and processes for Amazon Brazil.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree or currently in the last year of obtaining an undergraduate degree.
• Bilingual in English and Portuguese with at least 90% proficiency in both languages.
