As our company continues its dynamic growth, we are actively seeking a new team member.

This fully remote Operations Support Administrator role for Brazil and the LATAM region involves providing crucial support across various operational functions, including sourcing, recruitment, human resources administration, general administration, and marketing support. It is ideal for someone with prior professional experience eager to learn and contribute to a growing IT consulting company. The role requires a self-starter comfortable working independently and contributing to our IT recruitment efforts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Recruiting Support: Scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, assisting with interview materials, collecting feedback, supporting onboarding, and communicating professionally with candidates.
  • Administrative Support: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, organizing documents, handling remote office tasks, and supporting ad-hoc projects.
  • Marketing Support: Coordinating marketing activities, creating and distributing materials, conducting market research, and maintaining marketing databases.

  • Business-fluent English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Availability to work in USA Eastern Time Zone.
  • Self-motivated, independent worker adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in IT recruitment, HR, or marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with IT terminology and trends is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.
