Jobtailor in Brazil, São Paulo, is seeking an organized data entry and document analysis clerk to support our insurance operations. You will register documents, ensure accurate data entry in Quiver/EBS, and download and verify policy documents from insurers' sites.

You will also log cancellations, help develop KPIs and OKRs, and participate in ongoing training to grow professionally. The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and customer-focused service within a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma is required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in document analysis and data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Receive documents containing commercial information through the ticketing platform to perform required registrations.
• Ensure accurate data entry using computerized systems (Quiver/EBS) to maintain organized records.
• Download policy and endorsement documents from insurers' websites to identify the policy number.
• Enter information on policy/endorsement cancellations into Quiser to reconcile commissions.
• Perform related duties, receive training and guidance from supervisor for professional growth.
• Contribute to development of KPIs, OKRs, and new company projects.

Responsibilities

• Receive documents containing commercial information through the ticketing platform in order to perform the required registrations.
• Ensure accurate entry of data and information using computerized systems and tools (Quiver/EBS system) to maintain organized and reliable records.
• Download policy and/or endorsement documents from insurers' websites to identify the corresponding insurance policy number.
• Enter information regarding policy and/or endorsement cancellations into computerized systems (Quiser) to ensure the reconciliation of received commissions.
• Perform other related duties inherent to the role as required by the area, receiving training, professional development and guidance from the immediate supervisor to ensure continuous professional growth.
• Actively contribute to the development of performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and new company projects.

Requirements
