Jobtailor in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil is seeking a student to assist with client onboarding and insurance administration. You will support onboarding via email and corporate systems, prepare reports on cancellations and renewals, assist with policy payments, and engage in training to grow professionally.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Administration or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in Surety (Guarantee) insurance.
• Demonstrates collaboration, commitment, creativity, assertive communication, analytical ability and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing reports on cancellations, renewals and/or policy updates using spreadsheets to provide clients with information about their insurance.

• Perform other related professional duties inherent to the role as needed, including participating in training, professional development and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional growth and learning opportunities aligned with the area’s needs.
