Medtronic seeks a Regional Training/Education Analyst based in São Paulo, Brazil, to design and execute LATAM learning programs for sales teams, distributors, and healthcare professionals. You will serve as a clinical and product SME for orthopedics, driving adoption and supporting launches.

The role is onsite with up to 35% travel within LATAM, requiring fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and a background in medical devices and adult learning methods.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Fluent in English, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish.
  • Experience in the medical device industry, preferably orthopedics.
  • Field knowledge around Orthopedic traumatology.
  • Proven ability to deliver or facilitate adult learning.
  • Proven ability to independently develop learning content and design assessment modules.
  • Ability to use existing digital platforms to deliver online training regionally.
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends.
  • Willingness to travel up to 35%.

Responsabilidades

  • Design and deliver regional training and education programs for sales teams, distributors, and healthcare professionals across LATAM.
  • Develop structured learning curriculum aligned with commercial objectives, product strategies, and market growth initiatives.
  • Serve as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Medtronic Kanghui products, clinical applications, and value propositions.
  • Support product launches through collaboration with international, regional, and local marketing teams.
  • Deliver product, sales, and clinical training programs, including customer in-service education for new and existing portfolios.
  • Manage educational events, training logistics, budgets, and deployment of training assets across the region.
  • Maintain training records, performance dashboards, and key metrics reporting for regional and global leadership reviews.
  • Build and influence relationships with internal stakeholders, distributors, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders to drive learning outcomes and product adoption.

A Day in the Life

Acting as a Regional Training/Education Analyst you will contribute to the development and execution of regional training and education strategies across LATAM, designing comprehensive learning programs for sales teams, distributors and healthcare professionals. You will also serve as a clinical and product expert for Medtronic Orthopedic Traumatology solutions, driving product adoption, supporting launches, managing educational events and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance commercial performance and customer engagement.

This position is based in São Paulo/Brazil (we are also opened to other nationalities from the Latam regions) and has an onsite working model.

It also requires up to 35% within LATAM; occasional travel to China is a possibility (approximately once per year). The candidate must be fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish to support the LATAM region.

Required Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish.
  • Experience in the medical device industry, preferably in orthopedics with sales or clinical experience in a similar role.
  • Field knowledge around Orthopedic traumatology is required, Orthopedic spine knowledge is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to deliver or facilitate adult learning through didactic lectures, classroom or virtual training, online modules, and other formats that enhance learning.
  • Proven ability to independently develop learning content and design assessment modules.
  • Ability and aptitude to use existing digital platforms to deliver online training regionally.
  • Willingness to work on occasional weekends outside standard office hours.
  • Willingness to travel up to 35%, as required.
