SAS Global is seeking a Regional Manager Brazil based in Paulínia to align Brazilian branches with the Belgium head office. You will oversee daily operations of one Brazilian unit, drive growth, optimize processes, and ensure adherence to group strategies.

You will lead a local team, manage budgets and KPIs, foster collaboration with customers, partners, and government bodies, and contribute to long-term expansion plans in Brazil.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least five years’ management experience in an international environment.
• Experience in setting up or developing an organisation is a significant asset.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a hands-on approach and strategic insight.
• An inspiring leader who brings people together and takes responsibility.
• Independent worker with initiative.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Dutch knowledge is an advantage.

In this role, you will act as the link between the branches in Brazil and the head office in Belgium, ensure consistent operations and translate the group’s strategy into the local organisation.

As Regional Manager Brazil, you will act as the link between our Belgian organisation and our branches in Brazil. You will manage the day-to-day operations of one branch, support its further development and foster collaboration between the various companies.

• You work independently and take the initiative.
• You communicate fluently in Portuguese and English; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
