Strategic Partnership Head – Sanofi
Location: São Paulo, Brazil – São Paulo – Parque da Cidade
Job Type: Permanent – Full Time (80% on‑site, 20% travel)
About the Role
As a member of the Vaccines Regional Leadership team, you will develop and execute a regional partnership strategy to drive business growth and achieve financial targets. You will also lead Go‑to‑Market strategy, modernization, and cross‑functional projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to define strategic priorities and support the execution of the regional strategy
- Lead strategic planning processes (goal setting, resource allocation, performance measurement)
- Develop and implement go‑to‑market strategy with country teams and accelerate OCE ramp‑up for optimal engagement
- Coordinate pre‑launch readiness plans across the region
- Provide guidance and support to cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives
- Analyze KPIs to track progress against objectives, identify improvement areas, and develop informed business cases
- Lead transversal regional projects supporting modernization and digital/AI ramp‑up at scale
- Support the Head of the Region with business updates, risk/opportunity highlights, and decision‑making support
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial, marketing, project management, or related fields, with P&L ownership and senior external stakeholder management
- Strong financial acumen, business understanding, and ability to manage multi‑page budgets
- Experience in cross‑functional collaboration across country/region levels, ideally in vaccines or related life‑sciences sector
- High digital literacy and understanding of omnichannel engagement are a plus
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority
- Experience leading teams and building high‑performance cross‑functional collaborations
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, marketing or related field; postgraduate degree in strategic management or project management preferred
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
