Do you thrive on meeting hiring goals and building influential candidate relationships? We're seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage our recruitment life cycle and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

What you'll do:

We're a fast‑paced business and this role will cover bulk recruitment strategies focused on identifying the top talent the market has to offer.

Duties

• Review resumes and job applications
• Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and skills
• Headhunt suitable candidates based on position requirements
• Coordinate and conduct interviews using reliable tools
• Liaise accurately and timeously with candidates
• Issue teacher service agreements
• Utilize the company recruitment platform
• Manage and build internal and external relationships
• Report back on daily activities
• Promote us as an “Employer of Choice”
• Collaborate with the team to improve systems and processes

Candidates must have:

• Bulk recruitment experience
• ESL teaching or TEFL experience preferred
• Interviewing expertise
• Experiencing in headhunting and lead generation
• An understanding and ability to independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• A solid social media presence and willingness to work on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Innovative thinking and strong problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication and decision‑making skills
