GroundProbe is seeking a Geotechnical Support Specialist to provide remote monitoring and reporting, maintain a database of geotechnical failures, and promote GroundProbe products to customers.

You will work with GIS geoprocessing tools such as GEM4D and ArcGIS, conduct geotechnical baseline surveys, and compile insightful reports for clients.

The role emphasizes compliance with internal policies, education and guidance for GroundProbe teams, and gathering customer feedback to shape new solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, geology, mining engineering, or related field.
• Experience with GIS geoprocessing software, GEM4D, and ArcGIS preferred.
• English and Spanish proficiency desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a database of information on geotechnical failures captured by monitoring solutions, along with associated information.
• Encourage and promote GroundProbe products and services.
• Ensure the optimal use of monitoring solutions through education and guidance for GroundProbe teams and existing customers.
• Conduct geotechnical baseline surveys under the direction of the Lining Manager.
• Gather customer feedback to support the development of new systems, technologies, and features.
• Provide customers with periodic geotechnical reports on the historical behavior of the monitored structure.
