PI AgSciences Brasil is seeking an R&D Agronomist in Goiânia to coordinate and monitor field trials, ensuring protocols are followed, data quality is high, and results are translated into technical guidance for PI AgSciences products.

This role connects field research with R&D, Marketing, Regulatory and Commercial priorities in Brazil and globally, supporting portfolio development, regulatory compliance, and technical decision-making with strong collaboration and reportable outcomes.

Qualificações

• Degree in Agronomic Engineering or related field; active CREA preferred.
• Experience with field trials and technical reporting.
• Knowledge of soybean, corn, and cotton desirable.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and collaborative skills.
• English proficiency for global interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor field trials per protocols, ensuring data quality and timely results.
• Conduct technical visits and interact with external researchers.
• Coordinate preparation, distribution, and tracking of samples for research activities.
• Organize, analyze, and maintain research data in company systems and databases.
• Translate research results into technical recommendations, reports, and decision-support materials.
• Prepare and present technical materials and trial results to teams in Brazil and globally.
• Support internal and external technical training and provide research insights to Marketing and other areas.
• Represent PI AgSciences at conferences and industry events.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, quality, and safety standards in field research activities.

About the Role

We are looking for an R&D Agronomist to join our Research & Development team in Brazil. This professional will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring research trials conducted with external researchers, generating high-quality technical and operational data on PI AgSciences products and technologies. The role will connect field research with our R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, and Commercial priorities in Brazil and globally, contributing to portfolio development and technical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Monitor field trials, ensuring execution according to protocols, data quality, and timely delivery of results;
• Conduct technical visits and maintain close interaction with external researchers;
• Coordinate the preparation, distribution, and tracking of samples for research activities;
• Organize, analyze, and maintain research data in company systems and databases;
• Translate research results into technical recommendations, reports, and decision-support materials;
• Prepare and present technical materials and trial results to teams in Brazil and globally;
• Support internal and external technical training and provide research insights to Marketing and other business areas;
• Represent PI AgSciences at conferences, technical events, fairs, and industry forums;
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, quality, and safety standards in field research activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Agronomic Engineering or related fields; active CREA is preferred;

Required Skills

• Experience with field trials, experimental protocols, data analysis, and technical reporting;
• Knowledge of plant physiology, nutrition, crop protection, and application technology;
• Experience with soybean, corn, and cotton is highly desirable;
• Strong organization, analytical skills, collaboration, and results orientation;
• Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, research databases, and statistical tools;
• English proficiency for interaction with global teams.
