Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. is seeking a Quality Management Officer to support QMS governance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across North America Solutions.

You will manage nonconformance, CAPA, data analysis, and executive-level reporting to drive quality improvements and informed decision-making. Fluency in English is required; collaboration across global teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience with nonconformance management, CAPA processes, root cause analysis, and audit support.
• Strong analytical skills with experience developing reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
• Experience with Power BI, SAP, or quality management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work in global cross-functional organizations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support governance and continuous improvement of the QMS and IMS.
• Manage nonconformance, CAPA activities, and root-cause analysis.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop exec-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for decisions.
• Coordinate and support audits; ensure follow-up and adherence to standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for ops excellence and customer satisfaction.

As the Quality Management Officer (QMO), you will support quality governance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across North America Solutions. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, you will manage quality data, monitor performance, support nonconformance processes, and develop executive-level reports and presentations that drive business decisions and quality improvements.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Support the governance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Manage nonconformance processes, CAPA activities, and root cause analysis to ensure quality and compliance.
• Analyze and consolidate quality-related data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and complex management presentations to support business decision-making.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring effective follow-up and adherence to quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, quality performance, and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or similar functions.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 standards and related quality methodologies.
• Experience with nonconformance management, CAPA processes, root cause analysis, and audit support activities.
• Strong analytical skills with experience developing reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Experience with Power BI, SAP, or quality management systems is considered an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively within global and cross-functional organizations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English required; additional language skills are a plus.
