Job summary

Carrier seeks a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead quality programs, policies, and processes ensuring compliance with standards and continuous improvement objectives. The role oversees QA activities, analyzes performance metrics, and drives initiatives that enhance product and process quality.

Responsibilities include supervising quality plans, leading QA teams, and collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Operations to resolve issues, while ensuring regulatory and customer requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Quality within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading or supervising quality teams and improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, quality audits, and process control methodologies.
• Experience analyzing quality metrics and implementing corrective actions.

About the Role

The position plays a key role in ensuring manufacturing processes consistently meet customer, regulatory, and business requirements.
