Goldtech Resources Pte Ltd is looking for a Manufacturing / Cleanroom Technician based in Woodlands to join a 5-day week with rotating shifts. You will perform product testing, system checks, and leak testing while supporting troubleshooting and onboarding of new staff.

The role requires NITEC or equivalent, comfort working in a cleanroom with PPE, and a collaborative approach to maintain safety and productivity on the line.

Qualificações

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to read basic electrical or mechanical drawings.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime when required.
• Comfortable in a cleanroom environment with PPE.
• Basic computer literacy and documentation ability.

Responsabilidades

• Perform product testing, system checks, and leak testing activities.
• Support troubleshooting and rework as needed.
• Assist engineers and production teams in daily operations.
• Prepare and maintain troubleshooting records and technical documentation.
• Support continuous improvement for productivity, quality, and safety.
• Ensure proper shift handover and operational communication.
• Guide new team members during onboarding and training.
• Maintain cleanroom housekeeping and procedures.
• Support additional operational duties assigned by supervisors.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: SGD 1,600 – 2,600/month (based on experience)

• Shift Allowance:

  • Day Shift: +SGD 5/day

  • Night Shift: +SGD 15/day

• Quarterly Performance Bonus

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• 8-Hour Rotating Shift (rotation every 3 months)

Shift Timing

• AM Shift: 8:30AM – 5:30PM

• PM Shift: 8:30PM – 5:30AM

Job Responsibilities

• Perform product testing, system checks, and leak testing activities

• Support troubleshooting and rework activities when required

• Assist engineers and production teams in operational support and issue resolution

• Prepare and maintain troubleshooting records and technical documentation

• Support continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, quality, and workplace safety

• Ensure proper shift handover and operational communication

• Guide and support new team members during onboarding and training

• Maintain cleanroom housekeeping and operational procedures

• Support additional operational duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Professional Certificate or equivalent qualification

• Manufacturing or engineering experience will be advantageous

• Able to read and understand basic electrical or mechanical drawings

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with PPE requirements

• Willing to work rotating shifts and overtime when required

• Able to handle manual work activities within operational requirements

• Basic computer literacy and documentation skills

• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Cleanroom or chemical handling experience will be an added advantage
