JR FOODS PTE. LTD. in Brazil (Região Norte) is seeking a trainee to assist in quality checks on raw materials and finished products, support food tasting sessions, and help monitor critical control points in production.

You will learn about safety and hygiene inspections, maintain records for food safety, halal, and workplace safety, and assist during audits and pest control programs while gaining exposure to microbiological testing and general admin duties.

Qualificações

• Pursuing tertiary education in a food-related field and willing to learn.
• Structured, organized, and able to work independently.
• Strong teamwork and good communication are essential.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic digital tools.
• Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Support food tasting sessions and monitor key control points in production.
• Help with safety and hygiene inspections in the kitchen and outlets.
• Keep records for food safety, halal, and workplace safety.
• Support internal and external audits and incident investigations.
• Assist in coordinating the monthly pest control program.
• Learn and help with microbiological testing of food samples and environments.
• Provide general admin support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Support food tasting sessions and help monitor key control points in production.
• Help with safety and hygiene inspections in the central kitchen and outlets.
• Assist in keeping records for food safety, halal, and workplace safety.
• Support the team during internal and external audits.
• Join in food incident investigations and follow‑up actions.
• Assist in coordinating the monthly pest control program.
• Learn and help with microbiological testing (food samples, environment, hand swabs).
• Provide general admin support and other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
