Responsibilities

• Coordinate, guide and develop the Purchasing team, ensuring operational efficiency, alignment with market best practices, and a focus on securing the best commercial terms.
• Continuously support and train the team, promoting the technical and behavioral development of the department’s professionals.
• Ensure the fulfillment of established deadlines and targets, contributing to the company’s business results.
• Foster a collaborative, positive and motivating work environment, encouraging team engagement and commitment.
• Conduct periodic performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and identifying development opportunities.
• Recognize and reward team performance, promoting a high-performance culture and contributing to talent retention.
• Act as a point of reference for the team, strengthening organizational culture and supporting the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.
• Market relationship management and market analysis/reporting will be part of this role’s strategy.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in coordinating and managing teams.
• Strong background in raw materials purchasing, including market study, mapping and relationship management.
• Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, International Trade, Economics or related fields.
• Advanced English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences.
• Organized and autonomous, with a strong sense of priorities and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment with multiple simultaneous demands.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, collaborative and improvement-focused profile.
• Advanced Excel.
• PowerPoint.
• Power BI experience is a plus.
