Jobgether in Brazil is partnering with a client seeking a SAP Project Manager to lead ECC to S/4HANA migrations. You will drive end-to-end transformation programs, govern budgets, timelines, and risks, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across global clients and delivery partners.

Ideal candidates have proven SAP delivery experience, strong communication in English and/or Spanish, and the ability to operate in high-pressure environments while delivering measurable results.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SAP Project Manager based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity to lead complex SAP transformation projects focused on the migration and conversion from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. You will manage projects end to end, from planning and estimation through execution, delivery, and final closure. The role combines project governance, financial management, client communication, risk management, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. You will work in demanding and business-critical environments where delivery quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment are essential. The position offers strong exposure to large-scale SAP transformation initiatives and the opportunity to influence successful modernization programs. You will collaborate closely with customers and shared delivery teams while maintaining visibility over progress, costs, risks, and milestones. This role is ideal for an experienced SAP project leader who thrives on complexity, accountability, and delivering measurable results.

Accountabilities:

• Lead and actively participate in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversion projects, overseeing activities across the full project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple SAP migration and transformation projects simultaneously, from initial planning and estimation through execution and final delivery.
• Coordinate project teams and shared resources, ensuring activities, dependencies, deadlines, and deliverables remain aligned.
• Manage project financials, including budgets, costs, invoicing, forecasts, and overall financial performance.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and maintain clear and consistent communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain project controls, tracking key milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and required corrective actions.
• Develop and manage Cutover Plans to support successful SAP transformation and go-live activities.
• Coordinate delivery in highly demanding and business-critical environments, ensuring appropriate prioritization and escalation when required.
• Support accurate effort and timeline estimations and ensure project plans reflect realistic delivery expectations.
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies and practices to promote predictable, high-quality delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing SAP projects end to end, including implementation, conversion, and upgrade initiatives involving SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Solid experience managing multidisciplinary teams, project timelines, estimates, resources, and effort allocation.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project and Jira.
• Experience with project controls, monitoring, reporting, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Proven experience developing and managing SAP Cutover Plans.
• Advanced to fluent English and/or Spanish.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA conversion projects is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban is a plus.
• Experience with data migration projects, including data extraction and loading, is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, high-pressure environments and coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously.
