We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA to lead and manage complex IT projects. The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing multicultural and cross-regional teams, strong communication skills in English, and a proven track record delivering SAP projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP projects, coordinating both technical and functional teams.
• Manage project KPIs, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.
• Create, control, and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
• Manage project deliverables and dependencies across teams and regions.
• Prepare and present status reports and steering committee updates.
• Conduct and facilitate project status meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA Migration and Tax Reform projects, managing activities related to tax reform context and requirements.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing IT projects, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven experience in SAP enhancements, upgrades, and rollout projects for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP integrations with legacy systems.
• Solid knowledge and hands‑on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working on global projects and programs, especially involving LATAM and other regions.
• Proven experience managing multiple teams across different regions and time zones.
• SAP S/4HANA RISE experience is mandatory.
• Advanced or fluent English for conversation, documentation, reading, and writing.
