Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, seeks an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA initiatives from initiation to post-go-live. You will apply PMBOK, SAP Activate and Scrum to ensure compliance with scope, schedule and budget while coordinating cross-functional teams across IT and business units.

• Minimum 5 years in SAP project management; 10 years for senior
• Experience with the SAP Activate methodology
• ABAP development exposure
• Familiar with Greenfield, Brownfield and Bluefield migration approaches
• Functional proficiency in two or more SAP modules – MM, FI, CO, SD, PP, WM, EWM; DRC Inbound/Outbound
• Experience in multinational environments and global projects
• Experience with tax integrations using market solutions
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, Test Suite); SAP Cloud ALM; SAP Fiori; SAP Enable Now
• Familiarity with Organizational Change Management and user adoption

Responsabilidades

• Plan, manage and control SAP S/4HANA projects following PMBOK, SAP Activate and Scrum
• Coordinate daily project activities across functional, technical, tax and integration workstreams
• Track backlog and dependencies, ensure smooth handoffs
• Lead rituals (dailies, weeklies, executive checkpoints) and status reports
• Manage risks, changes and issues with RAID log
• Collaborate with consultants, analysts and business areas to unblock requests
• Coordinate all testing phases: unit, integration, UAT and cutover
• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard, Cutover and Go/No-Go sessions
• Support hypercare and post-go-live stabilization
• Oversee SAP integrations via SAP BTP, CPI, web services, RFCs, IDocs, REST/SOAP APIs
• Manage vendor interactions, schedules, scopes and SLAs
• Ensure project documentation: minutes, schedules, templates, baselines, lessons learned
• Maintain status dashboards and milestones for stakeholders
• Participate in PMO meetings and strategic reviews
• Ensure quality and sustainability of post-go-live deliverables

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and control SAP S/4HANA projects applying best management practices (PMBOK, SAP Activate, Scrum), from initiation through post-go-live, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule and budget;
• Coordinate daily project activities, ensuring efficient execution of functional, technical, tax and integration tasks;
• Track backlog, dependencies between workstreams and delivery progress, ensuring smooth handoffs between technical and business areas;
• Lead operational rituals such as dailies, weeklies, executive checkpoints and status reports to keep stakeholders aligned;
• Proactively manage risks, changes and issues, maintaining an up-to-date RAID log with effective mitigation plans;
• Work directly with consultants, analysts and business areas to resolve blockers and prioritize requests;
• Coordinate all testing phases: unit, integrated, UAT and cutover, promoting alignment between IT teams and key users;
• Facilitate critical sessions such as Fit-to-Standard, Cutover and Go/No-Go, ensuring team engagement and organized transitions;
• Support users and functional teams during hypercare, ensuring incident control and stabilization of post-implementation operations;
• Oversee SAP integrations with legacy and third‑party systems via SAP BTP, CPI, web services, RFCs, IDocs and REST/SOAP APIs;
• Manage vendor interactions, controlling schedules, contracted scopes and delivery SLAs;
• Ensure complete project documentation: meeting minutes, schedules, templates, baselines, lessons learned and formal PMO controls;
• Update and maintain status dashboards, operational indicators and milestones, ensuring visibility for all stakeholders;
• Actively participate in operational and strategic meetings with the PMO, technical teams, business areas and executive management;
• Ensure quality and sustainability of post-go-live deliverables, including functional and technical documentation, training and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years for mid-level and 10 years for senior) in SAP project management, with demonstrated participation in projects (global rollout, migration or S/4HANA);
• Experience with the SAP Activate methodology;
• Practical experience: exposure to ABAP factory (development) and management of development activities;
• Solid understanding of Greenfield, Brownfield and Bluefield approaches, with familiarity with migration tools such as SNP CrystalBridge or equivalents;
• Functional proficiency in two or more SAP modules – preferred: MM, FI, CO, SD, PP, WM, EWM; DRC Inbound, DRC Outbound;
• Experience in multinational environments and global projects, working with stakeholders from different regions and cultures;
• Experience with tax integrations using market solutions;
• Practical knowledge of management and operations platforms such as: SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, Test Suite);
• SAP Cloud ALM;
• SAP Fiori;
• SAP Enable Now;
• Familiarity with OCM (Organizational Change Management) and user adoption / cultural change management;
• Proficiency in management and control tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI, Visio, Roadmap Viewer, Office 365, SolMan 7.2.
