Pipefy, a global workflow automation company, is hiring 2 Project Managers for its Professional Services team to oversee end-to-end implementation lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and high customer satisfaction. This is a customer-facing role.

You will manage planning, coordination across cross-functional teams, risk mitigation, and clear communications with customers and internal partners, escalating issues as needed and driving successful project outcomes.

Qualificações

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with resources and customer satisfaction in mind.
Expertise in project management tools and methodologies.
Understanding of Pipefy’s product with ability to troubleshoot during implementation.
Experience in creating and executing mitigation plans to address risks.
Ability to communicate risks effectively to internal teams and customers, ensuring transparency and timely resolution.
Strong experience in handling objections and resolving concerns during implementation.

Responsabilidades

Project Planning & Coordination: Manage end-to-end lifecycle, plan, scope, delivery and post-implementation review; coordinate resources and timelines.
Product Knowledge & Troubleshooting: Use product understanding to resolve technical issues and escalate as needed.
Risk Management: Create and execute mitigation plans to minimize risks throughout the project.
Customer & Internal Communication: Establish escalation processes and provide timely, structured updates to stakeholders at all levels.
Objection Handling & Issue Resolution: Address concerns, work with teams to find solutions during implementation.

Job Description

We are hiring 2 Project Managers for the Professional Services team to oversee the entire Pipefy’s implementation project lifecycle, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction. These people will responsible for risk management, timeline management, and clear communication with internal teams, partners and customers.

This is a customer-facing role.

Main Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and scoping to delivery and post-implementation review. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure resources are effectively allocated and timelines are met.
Product Knowledge & Troubleshooting: Leverage a deep understanding of the company’s product to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation. Act as a point of escalation for any technical concerns that arise during the project.
Risk Management: Create and execute mitigation plans to address and minimize risks throughout the project. Proactively identify potential obstacles and take steps to avoid them before they impact the project timeline.
Customer & Internal Communication: Establish a clear escalation process to address critical issues promptly and ensure alignment with stakeholders. Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to both internal teams and customer stakeholders at all levels—including frontline leaders, managers, directors, and executives. Ensure transparency by providing timely, structured updates to manage expectations and drive issue resolution.
Objection Handling & Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any concerns or objections that arise during the implementation phase, ensuring customer confidence and satisfaction. Work collaboratively with teams to find solutions to complex problems.
