At Pipefy, we empower companies to optimize and automate their business processes without writing a single line of code. Our low-code/no-code platform enables operations managers to build seamless, efficient, and measurable workflows. To accelerate our global expansion, we work hand-in-hand with a robust ecosystem of strategic partners, including System Integrators (SIs), Business Consultants, and Channel Partners.
Role Overview
As a Partner Engineer at Pipefy, you will serve as the technical and strategic bridge between our partner ecosystem and our internal Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams. Your primary mission is to drive partner technical enablement, ensuring absolute quality and excellence across both the pre-sales process (solution architecture, scoping, and proof-of-concepts) and delivery/implementation (governance standards, best practices, and integrations).
Acting as a trusted advisor, you will empower partners to maximize the value of Pipefy, unlocking new revenue streams and ensuring that end-customer projects are scalable, secure, and delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Enablement & Growth: Design and execute the technical enablement strategy for the partner ecosystem, conducting architecture reviews, technical workshops, and deep-dive training sessions.
- Pre-Sales Technical Excellence: Support partners during complex sales cycles by validating technical feasibility, building advanced proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and ensuring the proposed solution aligns with enterprise customer requirements.
- Delivery Quality Assurance: Audit, validate, and certify the quality of implementations built by partners, ensuring compliance with Business Process Management (BPM) best practices, security standards, and workflow efficiency.
- Integration Architecture: Guide partners through complex integration designs between Pipefy and legacy systems (ERPs, CRMs, HRIS) using REST APIs, Webhooks, or iPaaS platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, Workato).
- Partner Voice (Feedback Loop): Act as a direct channel between partner technical requirements and Pipefy's internal Product and Engineering teams to help influence the product roadmap.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify technical bottlenecks or deployment risks in partner-led projects and intervene with tactical action plans to guarantee successful go-lives.
