Pipefy invites you to join our AI talent tracks and help shape intelligent workflow automation. You’ll participate in hands-on AI projects across multiple tracks, including Software Engineering, Data Analytics, AI-Database Reliability, AI-Site Reliability Engineering, and Cybersecurity, while collaborating with Product, Design and Engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Solution Development: research, planning, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
• System Optimization: improve performance, scalability, and reliability of components.
• Guided Engineering: coding, testing, deployment, debugging, code reviews, and QA.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Product, Design, Engineering teams to solve problems.
• Knowledge Sharing: share learnings with the team and continuously learn.
• Productivity & Best Practices: develop skills in version control, CI/CD, logging, and monitoring.
• AI Tool Integration: use AI copilots/tools to support research, planning, and review with proper context.
• Ownership of AI Outputs: ensure quality and alignment with Pipefy's standards.

We will have 5 tracks available: Software Engineering - Python/Ruby on Rails; Data Analytics; AI - Database Reliability; AI - Site Reliability Engineering; Cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Solution Development: Contribute to the end-to-end development of solutions, including research, planning, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
• System Optimization: Help improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of existing components.
• Guided Engineering: Develop under the guidance of an experienced professional, covering coding, testing, deployment, debugging, code reviews, and quality assurance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams (Product, Design, Engineering, or related technical teams) to understand problems and contribute to solutions.
• Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge with the team and continuously learn.
• Productivity & Best Practices: Build productivity skills around version control, CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and industry best practices.
• AI Tool Integration: Use AI tools (copilots, agents) to support research, planning, implementation, and review—providing adequate context and critically validating the generated output.
• Ownership of AI Outputs: Understand and take full ownership of deliverables produced with AI assistance, ensuring quality and alignment with Pipefy’s standards.

Requirements
