Descrição da oferta de emprego

Pipefy is looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the Integrations Platform squad, the team behind the platform that connects Pipefy to external systems (ERPs, CRMs, databases, and APIs), enabling our customers to automate end-to-end processes across multiple tools.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact platform role with direct influence on the business. You will be responsible for taking our integrations layer to scale with reliability, supporting everything from small automations to very high-volume integrations in enterprise accounts. The role balances three fronts: platform scale and performance, adoption and expansion of integration usage across the customer base, and the continuous evolution of capabilities through technology partnerships.

You will work side by side with Engineering, Design, Support, Customer Success, Sales, and Pricing, leading discovery with technical personas and making trade-off decisions that balance user experience, technical robustness, and business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Own the Integrations Platform squad roadmap, prioritizing and sequencing initiatives that balance scale, new capabilities, and reliability.
  • Lead continuous discovery with technical personas to understand real integration and automation needs.
  • Make platform and scale trade-off decisions grounded in performance, usage, and reliability data, translating them into clear customer and business impact.
  • Drive high-volume processing initiatives (large data loads, bulk operations) and platform governance (limits, concurrency, multi-tenant stability).
  • Boost adoption and discoverability of integration capabilities across the base, removing activation barriers and expanding the platform's reach.
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies (backend engineering, data, pricing, infrastructure) and technology partnerships that accelerate product evolution.
  • Act as the bridge between Engineering and Support, CS, and Sales, especially when communicating sensitive changes that impact customers.
  • Define and track the platform's success metrics — adoption, reliability, performance, and satisfaction — using them to guide prioritization.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience as a Product Manager for technical products: platform, infrastructure, APIs, integrations, or automation.
  • Comfortable with core integration concepts: REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, queues and events, authentication (OAuth, tokens), concurrency, and platform limits.
  • Experience with platform discovery, roadmap building, prioritization, and trade-off analysis.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret technical metrics such as performance, reliability, usage patterns, and architectural scalability, using them to drive decisions.
  • Ability to manage cross-squad dependencies and align multiple teams around standards and shared components.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams, bridging technical and business perspectives.
  • Experience leading products in an enterprise context, with governance requirements, high volume, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, technical, and fast-changing environment.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
  • Hands-on experience with integration ecosystems / iPaaS — as a PM, builder, or power user.
  • Experience with enterprise integration use cases (ERPs, corporate data systems, high-volume imports).
  • Familiarity with open-source products and/or engineering partnerships with third parties.
  • Background in AI and agents applied to automation and integration.
  • Prior experience leading or influencing technical squads in an agile environment.
