Benner seeks a Project Manager to oversee the implementation of its legal software system for clients in Rio de Janeiro. You will lead the responsible team, secure delivery of the contracted scope, and manage timelines and costs to meet revenue targets.

You will define objectives, scope and requirements, manage the Project Charter, and develop the Project Management Plan with schedules, resources, costs and risks. Strong communication and negotiation are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related fields.
• Specialization in Project Management; knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Experience managing implementation projects for legal software/systems.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
• PMP and/or SCM certification desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation project for the legal software system, ensuring delivery within timelines and costs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, requirements, and constraints; develop the Project Charter and obtain approvals.

• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, including client and project team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure the implementation project for the system marketed by the legal software company, following the implementation methodology; lead the responsible team and guarantee delivery of the contracted scope within agreed timelines and costs.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, requirements and constraints; manage the creation of the Project Charter and obtain approval from all parties involved.
• Manage the development of the Project Management Plan, including activities, schedules, required resources, costs and project risks.
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, including the client, senior management, the project team and other interested parties.
• Ensure achievement of the company’s revenue targets, assuring the profitability of the project.
• Deliver presentations to clients and colleagues.
• Promote Benner’s excellence practices, complying with the guidelines defined in the Vision, Mission and Values, and preserve the company’s market image in an ethical and responsible manner.

Requirements

• Must reside in RJ (Rio de Janeiro), as you will serve clients in that region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related fields.
