Jobtailor in São Paulo is seeking a Senior Corporate Services Leader to coordinate national and international corporate projects, oversee governance, LGPD compliance, and whistleblower programs.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, advise clients on risk and strategy, ensure timely delivery, and collaborate with global offices to drive compliant, strategic outcomes.

Qualificações

• Law degree (completed).
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Proven experience in Corporate Law, Corporate Governance or related areas.
• Experience with Compliance, LGPD, whistleblower channels and integrity programs.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Experience providing consultative client service and leading multidisciplinary projects.
• Ability to operate in an international environment and engage with global stakeholders.
• Advanced Spanish and/or German will be considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for national and international clients on Corporate Services matters.
• Coordinate and review corporate projects, including incorporation, corporate amendments, reorganizations, and company dissolutions/closures.
• Supervise paralegal activities, corporate filings, regularizations and other corporate routines.
• Coordinate projects related to compliance, corporate governance, LGPD, whistleblower channels and integrity programs.
• Ensure technical quality, adherence to deadlines and consistency of the team’s deliverables.
• Lead, coach and develop the Corporate Services team, supporting their technical and professional growth.
• Act in an advisory capacity to clients, identifying risks, proposing solutions and supporting strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and international offices on local and global projects.
