Jobtailor is seeking a Legal Project Coordinator to map client legal processes, implement and configure legal software, and prepare scope documents with functional requirements in Spanish. The role includes documenting meeting outcomes and coordinating across teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will lead requirements-gathering sessions with large law firms, take Spanish meeting minutes, and manage multiple implementations while tracking deadlines and ensuring deliverables meet project goals.

Responsabilidades

• Map legal processes and propose solutions for implementing and configuring legal software.
• Prepare scope documentation with functional requirements and business rules, including Spanish interactions.
• Prepare meeting minutes recording decisions and action plans in Spanish.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously with proper prioritization.
• Track deadlines and deliverables, ensuring progress across tasks of varying criticality.
• Lead requirements-gathering and process-mapping meetings with large law firms and legal departments.
• Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to align expectations and ensure project success.

• Conduct mapping of legal processes, thoroughly understanding clients' operations and proposing effective solutions for the implementation and configuration of legal software;
• Prepare scope documentation, consolidating functional requirements and business rules, including documents and interactions in Spanish;
• Prepare meeting minutes, recording decisions, definitions and action plans, including meetings conducted in Spanish;
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring organization, proper prioritization of requests, and adherence to established schedules;
• Track deadlines, monitor deliverables and manage activities of varying levels of criticality, ensuring project progress;
• Lead requirements-gathering and process-mapping meetings with large law firms and legal departments of prominent companies;
• Act as the point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring expectation alignment and excellence in project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (completed or in progress).
• Ability to produce documents and materials in Spanish, ensuring clarity, quality and alignment with project needs;
• Excellent teamwork skills, with clear communication, empathy and collaboration in multidisciplinary environments;
• Proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and ability to identify, analyze and solve problems;
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple demands and priorities;
