MCI Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a senior IT leader to shape and govern the company’s IT strategy and technology roadmap from Singapore. You will oversee SAP, BI, AI, automation, cybersecurity and data analytics initiatives across Finance, Commercial, Procurement and Operations.

Lead digital transformation and cross-functional technology projects while managing budgets, vendors and IT governance. A strong background in IT infrastructure and cloud services is required for ongoing reliability and

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline.
• Approximately 10+ years of IT experience with leadership or senior management.
• Strong hands-on SAP experience including implementation, optimisation, integration and BPM.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation and cross-functional technology projects.
• Practical experience with AI, automation, BI and data analytics.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, networks, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery.
• Experience managing IT projects, technology vendors, contracts and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the Company's IT strategy, technology roadmap and investment priorities in alignment with business objectives.
• Advise Management on technology opportunities, IT risks, system capabilities and future technology requirements.
• Establish effective IT policies, governance frameworks, standards and controls.
• Review existing systems and processes and recommend improvements, replacements or new investments.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.
• Identify and implement practical AI, automation and workflow solutions to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Identify manual or duplicated processes and drive opportunities for digitisation, integration and automation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions based on business value, security and scalability.
• Drive user adoption, change management and training for new technology initiatives.
• Measure the benefits of digital initiatives, including productivity gains, cost savings and process improvements.
• Provide leadership and oversight of the Company's SAP environment and core enterprise applications.
• Lead SAP implementation, optimisation, integration, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Finance, Commercial, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics and Operations teams to optimise SAP workflows.
• Maximise SAP functionality while reducing manual processes and duplicate data entry.
• Manage system integrations and ensure reliable and controlled data flow between business applications.
• Lead the development of business intelligence, dashboards, management reporting and data analytics capabilities.
• Partner with business teams to establish relevant KPIs and reporting requirements.
• Improve data accuracy, consistency, accessibility and governance.
• Develop automated reporting and data integration solutions.
• Explore AI and analytics applications for forecasting, trend analysis and exception reporting.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud services, communications systems, hardware and software.
• Ensure IT systems are secure, reliable and available to support business operations.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity controls covering access management, endpoint protection, network security, data protection, backups and patching.
• Monitor cybersecurity risks and coordinate incident response and remediation.
• Maintain disaster recovery, backup and IT business continuity plans.
• Manage IT assets, software licences and technology lifecycles.
• Lead IT projects from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, training and post-implementation review.
• Establish project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and success measures.
• Manage IT vendors, consultants, software providers and technology partners.
• Evaluate technology solutions based on functionality, integration, security, scalability and total cost.
• Prepare and manage annual IT operating and capital expenditure budgets.
• Identify opportunities to optimise IT expenditure without compromising service quality or security.

Key Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Governance

• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP, including implementation, optimisation, integration and business process improvement.

• Proven experience leading digital transformation and cross-functional technology projects.

• Practical experience with AI, automation, business intelligence and data analytics.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, networks, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery.

• Experience managing IT projects, technology vendors, contracts and budgets.

• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, supply chain, logistics, warehousing or distribution will be advantageous.
