Marshal Systems Pte Ltd seeks an engineer to execute projects by established procedures, service manuals, and standards in Brazil. You will plan design and project management per customer requirements, document designs and drawings, and coordinate changes with Sales and Admin teams.

The role involves filing, procurement control, and ensuring quality through testing and commissioning. You will also manage supplier communications, handle variation notices, ensure timely procurement, and support

Responsabilidades

• Perform engineering activities by established procedures, service manuals, and required standards.
• Plan engineering design and project management per customer specifications.
• Document engineering designs, drawings, and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with Sales-In Charge to notify customers of design/plan changes.
• Maintain project filing and technical manuals per procedures and controls.
• Notify Admin Department of delivery/invoice schedules until project closure.
• Raise Purchase Requisition and cost procurements; request supplier documents.
• Inform Sales-In-Charge and Purchaser of variations or major changes.
• Procure in advance to meet contractual schedules.
• Verify goods received against PO before approving supplier payments.
• Advise Purchaser to withhold payments if goods are faulty; provide support.
• Assist technical teams to complete testing/commissioning to meet specs.
• Raise non-conformity reports as needed and ensure corrective actions.
• Review and approve supplier/contractor work on project completion.

Perform the activities of engineering by established procedures, service manuals, and required standards.

Ensure that engineering design and project management are planned by the customer's specifications.

Ensure that all engineering designs, technical drawings, and appropriate standards used are properly documented.

Co-ordinates with Sales-In Charge in notifying customers of any change in design, documentation, planning, timing, or services performed.

Ensures that project filing and technical manuals compilation are by procedures and process control.

Notifies Admin Department of the schedule for delivery and invoice by customers' requirements till project closure.

Raises Purchase Requisition and costing of procurements in the Material List and request relevant documents from suppliers.

Notifies Sales-In-Charge and Purchaser of any variations or additional supplies required for the project or recall project kick-off meeting for major changes, if deemed necessary.

Ensure procurements are processed in advance to meet contractual schedule.

Ensure that the goods received are verified with purchase orders before approving payment to suppliers.

Notifies the Purchaser immediately to withhold or stop payments to suppliers if goods received require any exchange of parts or are defective with supporting correspondences.

Assists the technical teams to complete system testing and commissioning and ensures that the service is properly performed to meet the required specifications.

Ensures that non-conformity report is being raised as and when necessary.

Ensures that non-conformances are promptly resolved using investigation and corrective action.

Reviews and approves supplier and contractor on work completion which relates to project work and purchaser order.
