The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience and a diploma in any discipline, with a preference for civil engineering knowledge and familiarity with local regulations.

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting projects across all trades, including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and multi-trade. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of project management principles.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support projects from initiation to completion
• Liaise with project managers/directors, clients, and workers to ensure effective communication
• Schedule and coordinate site visits, inspections, and meetings
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and certifications
• Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with teams to resolve problems and find solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulations
• Assist in preparing project reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Assist to develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment rentals, and labor resources

About you

• 2 years of experience
• Diploma in any discipline, preferably civil engineering
• Sound knowledge of local government agencies regulations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
