Link & Lead is seeking an organised Project Coordinator to support the team with coordinating meetings, managing schedules and handling day-to-day administrative duties. The role follows a Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm schedule with a salary range of $3,600–$4,200.

We’re looking for an organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the team in coordinating meetings, managing schedules and handling day-to-day administrative duties.
Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Salary range: $3600 - $4200
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings with clients, partners, vendors and internal teams
Manage calendars, meeting invitations, reminders and scheduling arrangements
Liaise with different stakeholders to coordinate meeting times and project requirements
Prepare meeting materials, agendas and other relevant documents
Document meeting minutes, compile them into reports and disseminate to relevant parties
Maintain and organise project documents, records and administrative files
Assist in tracking project timelines, schedules and follow-up tasks
Follow up with relevant parties on pending information, approvals and deliverables
Assist with preparing presentations, reports and meeting materials
Provide general administrative and coordination support
Diploma or equivalent qualification
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Suite/Google Workspace/Canva
Positive, proactive and willing to learn
Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team
