Jobtailor seeks a skilled project manager to lead medium-complexity engagements in cloud security, coordinating with the client and internal teams (Cloud Security, Red Team, Blue Team, GRC) to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables.

You will plan, monitor, and govern scope, schedule, cost, and quality, conduct kickoff meetings, track KPIs, and deliver formal reports to ensure client satisfaction and project success. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related field
• Project KPI management
• CSM/PSM certification
• Intermediate knowledge of traditional and agile project management
• Intermediate English proficiency

Responsabilidades

• Manage medium-complexity services and/or projects for Redbelt Security
• Conduct meetings with Operations to align on scope, requirements, and definitions
• Conduct kickoff meetings with clients to align on scope, requirements, activities, responsibilities, and deadlines
• Plan services and/or projects in detail, structuring activities, responsibilities, deadlines, meetings, and reports
• Develop a formal project plan to manage implementation
• Monitor schedules, deadlines, requirements, activities, and quality
• Prepare measurement reports and status reports
• Assess deviations and propose improvements, corrective actions, contingency plans, and activity rescheduling
• Ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements
• Serve as liaison between clients and Cloud Security, Red Team, Blue Team, and GRC teams
• Engage internal departments in critical situations to ensure client satisfaction
• Organize and document deliverables and project knowledge to formally close projects
