Job summary

Ace Integrated Pte Ltd is seeking a construction project lead to plan and drive day-to-day project execution, manage costs, and ensure safety compliance on-site. You will direct the project team and coordinate with subcontractors to deliver timely, within-budget outcomes while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, BOQ, and method statements, establishing execution plans with the Operations Director, and providing weekly progress updates.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing construction projects.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Strong risk assessment and mitigation capabilities.
• Familiarity with HSE standards and documentation.
• Proven track record in site supervision and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team including surveyors and subcontractors to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Review drawings, BOQ, method statements, and safety documents; maintain records.
• Develop project execution plans with Operations Director and oversee risk and HSE checks.
• Report progress weekly and coordinate site activities; manage installation/repair works.

Job description

• Plan and responsible for day-to-day success of project execution and management of the construction process within budget, meet contractual and safety requirements.
• Lead the project team, ie Quantity Surveyor, sub-contractor,etc to ensure timely delivery of project within budget, quality including defining clear roles and responsibilities.
• Review all needful documents like drawing, BOQ, method statement, safety documents etc including maintaining documentation and records
• Establishes project execution plan in conjunction with the Operations Director
• Conduct all risk management and oversee all HSE checks, reports and incidents
• Submit weekly progress report, update any site work etc
• Installation/ replacement/ repair works of pumps, control panels, plumbing and sanitary works.
• Be proactive, share technical knowledge and experience with team for improvement.

Assist Management with a range of other dutiesas may be required from time to time
