Job summary

NEW TEM CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site project lead to oversee construction activities on site, coordinating crews and ensuring progress aligns with plans and timelines.

The role includes budgeting and planning, contractor management, safety enforcement, and serving as the main point of contact among clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory officials. The incumbent will also handle emergencies and resolve conflicts to minimize delays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, financial projections, and detailed project schedules before work begins.
• Oversee daily operations on-site, manage labor crews, and monitor physical progress.
• Hire, negotiate with, and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
• Enforce health and safety guidelines (such as WSH regulations) and ensure the build adheres to local building codes.
• Act as the main liaison between clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory officials.
• Handle emergencies, resolve conflicts, and minimize work delays.
