Jobtailor in Vitória, Espírito Santo, Brazil is seeking an Environmental Projects Coordinator to plan, coordinate and monitor the execution of environmental projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality deliverables.

The role acts as a liaison between clients, technical teams, consultants, and suppliers, managing schedules, resources, and site activities while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in project performance.

Qualificações

• Degree in Environmental Engineering, Biology, Oceanography, or related fields.
• Experience/knowledge in environmental licensing and monitoring.
• Experience managing multiple demands and deadlines simultaneously.
• Valid Category B driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the execution of environmental projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and the quality of deliverables.
• Serve as the focal point between clients, technical teams, consultants, and suppliers involved in projects.
• Manage schedules, requests, resources, and activities related to the contracts under your responsibility.
• Perform and coordinate the execution of environmental studies and monitoring, tracking results, indicators, and technical compliance.
• Prepare, review, and consolidate technical reports, opinions, plans, programs, and other environmental documents.
• Lead environmental licensing processes and address permit conditions.
• Conduct technical site visits and field activities when necessary.
• Ensure project performance indicators are met and propose continuous improvement actions.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including effort estimates, schedules, and budgets.
• Maintain close client relationships, ensuring effective communication and alignment of expectations.
